Looking through the store I see all the PC games listed as PC's nothing listed as Mac but on another site I found Mac specs for the game:

ADDITIONAL Compatibility/Requirements NOTES • Mac PowerPC G3, G4, G5 computers are NOT compatible with The Sims Medieval • Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics cards are NOT compatible with this game • nVidia ION computers REQUIRE a MINIMUM of 2 GB of RAM to play The Sims Medieval • Some integrated/built-in graphics cards will not be properly recognized by the game and will default to higher graphic settings than supported.
